What Zenial is — and is not
Zenial offers anonymous, AI-guided peer-support conversations and self-help tools. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis or an emergency service, and it does not replace a licensed professional.
If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Community conduct
Respect the anonymity of others. Do not record, share or reproduce anything said in a session. Harassment, hate speech, promotion of self-harm, spam and solicitation are not allowed.
We may moderate, suspend or remove access to keep the space safe.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Canadian dollars. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You keep ownership of the reflections and voice notes you create. You grant us the limited right to host and display them so the service can work as intended.
Limitation of liability
Zenial is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
